Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, tools, or accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to the Pro Shop

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your nearest courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value golf clubs and electronics.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
