The Ping iDi Golf Driving Iron in graphite features optimized lofts for 2, 3, and 4 irons, each designed to enhance launch and spin characteristics. Its thinner, forged maraging steel face flexes to boost ball speed and distance. The 2-iron offers a traditional low launch and spin, ideal for driving. The 3-iron provides a balanced mid launch and spin, serving as a versatile driving iron or long-iron replacement. The 4-iron delivers higher launch and increased spin, aiding in green-holding and making it an excellent choice for replacing long irons.

To improve turf interaction, the iDi is engineered with more bounce, a rounded lead edge
and increased sole camber.
